Shipping

Behold, dear customers of Faery & Angelia! We approach the task of delivering your orders with the utmost care and devotion. Once you have received your order confirmation email, we will endeavor to process your request within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), and shall send you another notification upon shipment.

For our Dutch customers, we provide standard shipping via PostNL at a rate of €5,00. For our international customers, we provide shipping options such at a fixed rate of €15. Please be aware that the estimated delivery times provided by various carriers are beyond our control.

We offer international shipping to Andora, Austria, Belgium, Danmark, Finland, France Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg, Monaco, Norway, Portgal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. However, customers from the United Kingdom please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in your destination country. As the customer, it is your responsibility to settle these charges.

To track the status of your order, you shall receive an email notification from us with a tracking number that you may use to keep track of your package. In case you do not receive your order within 30 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@faeryangelia.com with your name and order number, and we shall do our best to assist you.
